To the carrier
We are a non-profit company founded in 2005 with currently 6 day-care centers in Ratzeburg, Mölln and Groß Sarau and a recognized provider of free youth welfare according to § 75 KJHG. With around 85 employees, we look after around 300 children. We are big enough for professional management and intensive support for employees, but still so lean in administration that we can make decisions quickly.

The children entrusted to us and the employees who look after them are at the center of everything we do. Recruiting new specialists, intensive training and further education, a good working atmosphere and interesting social benefits characterize us as an employer. We are free from prejudice and focus our selection on professional qualifications and attitude. Origin, skin color or sexual identity do not play a role for us, out of conviction and not because it is legally required.

Montessori elementary school
We started back then as a parents' initiative to found a Montessori elementary school in Ratzeburg. The school opened in 2006 and later had an all-year class with a total of 32 children. Thanks to the dedicated work of the principal and her husband, the school had an excellent reputation. The principal left the school at the end of the 2017/2018 school year. Since, despite the best efforts, no replacement of the same quality could be found, the school unfortunately had to be closed in the summer of 2018.
