Mauseloch Ratzeburg
The Mauseloch daycare center was founded in 2007 by a parents' initiative to create childcare places. Since 2018, it has been part of Montessori Nord gGmbH. It consists of a nursery group (10 children), a small nursery group (5 children), and a preschool group (20 children), thus offering places for 35 children between the ages of one and six.
Our childcare hours are: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Closing dates: 6 weeks (3 weeks during the summer holidays, 1 week each at Easter, autumn and Christmas). During the summer holidays, we offer emergency childcare at one of our facilities in Ratzeburg.
We offer comfortable premises with our own playground and woodland meadow. A highly motivated team lovingly cares for the children. Child-friendly lunches and a breakfast buffet are provided. The weekly schedule includes a forest day, an afternoon of sports in the Lauenburgische Gelehrtenschule gymnasium, preschool activities, Montessori materials, arts and crafts, and celebrations throughout the year. Education and development, particularly fostering independence, are supported through a variety of activities and projects. There is ample time for free play and independent learning in our well-equipped group rooms and on the outdoor grounds. Physical activity and time spent in nature (woodland meadow, raised garden beds), as well as outings and excursions, are also part of our daily routine.
