Further training of the team
We place great value on well-trained educational staff. Despite a nationwide shortage of qualified professionals in Germany, we are fortunate to be able to meet our required teaching hours at present (as of December 2022).
We see one reason for this in our personnel policy. Continuing education motivates and creates security, opens up new perspectives, and fosters job satisfaction. In 2022, we gave every employee the opportunity to pursue further training in an area of their choice. This was supported with a €250 "education voucher." In addition, we fully fund legally mandated training and partially finance professionally motivated continuing education.
It is rare for employees to apply with an existing Montessori diploma. We contractually encourage and financially support Montessori training for our employees. This allows us to maintain a high percentage of qualified Montessori teachers in our facilities.
Within several specialist groups (child protection, training, employee interests, management tasks, administration), we regularly exchange professional information, thereby constantly challenging and supporting each other. Supervision is offered as needed. However, we also rely on our own professional expertise and successfully utilize resources in this area.
