Montessori Children's House Mölln

The Mölln children's center opened in 2011 with two groups. A second nursery group was added in 2018. Today, the children's center consists of a total of three groups: one preschool group with 20 children aged 3-6 years and two nursery groups with 10 children each, aged 1-3 years.

Surrounded by trees, the children are cared for in two buildings on our idyllic grounds. The main red building houses the preschool group and one toddler group, while the second toddler group is cared for in the blue building. Both buildings are connected by our outdoor area. Here, the children will find play and climbing equipment where they can test, develop, and strengthen their physical abilities.

Our weekly schedule includes a nature day, physical activity sessions, and a preschool group. Regular walks in the spa gardens or the Uhlenkolk Nature Park Center are a recurring part of the program for all groups. We also have regular joint projects with the nearby nature-based children's center.

Our childcare hours are: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Our closure period includes 6 weeks per year (3 weeks during the summer holidays, 1 week at Easter, 1 week at autumn holidays and 1 week at Christmas, each during the school holiday periods).
